Belsazar Vermouth Rosé is the lightest Belsazar family member with only 17,5% Vol. The German spirit does not only satisfy with its rose hue, but also with its amazingly balanced taste. Notes of Pink Grapefruit, orange blossoms, bitter orange, raspberries and red currants are strong in the nose and on the palate. Belsazar Vermouth Red proves that a combination of summery fruits and the typical bitterness of wormwood can be a very good match.
Belsazar was founded by Maximilian Wagner, Philipp Schladerer and Sebastian Brack – three friends who love to eat and drink well. One night the three men decided that there was no good vermouth from Germany – that night Belsazar was born.
On the Belsazar website, you can find a whole range of recipes for perfect drinks, including the one for a “Belsazar Spritz”. Give 5cl Belsazar Vermouth Rosé in a wine glass and add 2-3 ice cubes. Then fill the glass with 3cl Soda and 8cl sparkling wine. Stir the drink gently and finally garnish with a fresh raspberry.
