Gold! Belsazar Vermouth White has an amazing colour. In the nose, the vermouth from Baden-Württemberg presents a wonderful aroma of vanilla. On the palate, the sweet vanilla is joined by dried peaches and fresh oranges. The taste is completed by notes of fresh herbs and a mix of spices. Who now thinks that Belsazar Vermouth White is all sweet and fruity is wrong. The best thing about this golden vermouth is the hint of bitterness which is nicely refreshing.
The wines used for the Belsazar vermouths come from Baden and either grow near the Kaiserstuhl mountain range or in the Markgräflerland. The distillery is located close to the wine growing regions which is why the makers of Belsazar can guarantee absolute regionalism and sustainability in the production of the vermouths. Belsazar was launched by three friends who – one night – realized that there simply was no good vermouth from Germany. In order to change that, they started their own business and founded Belsazar.
Belsazar Vermouth White and Thomas Henry Tonic Water are unbeatable as a team. However, if you are not in the mood for the combination Vermouth & Tonic, just mix the Vermouth White with Williamsbirnenbrand. Find more cocktail recipes on the official Belsazar website.
