Siegfried Gin is a German craft spirit, created in small batches with a whole host of innovative botanicals, the most outlandish of which being the linden leaf, which also provides a clue to the inspiration for this gin's name. It has a light peppery note and an all-round complex character, achieved by the inclusion of 18 botanicals, many of which are kept strictly secret.
1724 Tonic Water - with quinine taken from 1724m on the Inca Trail - is an excellent Chilean tonic marked out by a sweet mandarin edge.
