The Spanish and their gin and tonics: a deep, deep love. No wonder that the perfectly aromatic Indi & Co Botanical Tonic Water comes from the south coast of Spain.
The tonic water is produced in Puerto de Santa Maria. By using similar techniques as for the making of gins, this tonic water truly stands out. The botanicals are macerated before resting in glass tanks for two months. The distillation is followed by the mixing with fruit juice, water and white cane sugar. Due to this blending step, there is no alcohol in the final product.
The list of ingredients is long, among others you can find orange peel, lemon juice, calamondin and quinine. The carbonation happens in Jerez where the Tonic Water is also bottled and labelled.
With this pack of 24 you got enough tonic water for 24 gin and tonics - get the party started!
