The Hallowed variety is not in production anymore, but here are more Iron Maiden beers for you to discover!
Iron Maiden Trooper Hallowed Beer is an extraordinary beer that will bring delight not only to Iron Maiden fans
Iron Maiden are real troupers not only in the heavy metal field, they have also long made a name for themselves in the world of beers. You can tell that frontman Bruce Dickinson finds never-ending joy in the creation of new brews. Iron Maiden Trooper Hallowed Beer is a variety that relies on the Belgian style of brewing. As has been tradition, the Brits once again teamed up with the Robinsons Brewery to manufacture this beer. It's based on Belgian style yeast, Noble hops and Crystal Rye. The latter gives the drink its red colour. It smells subtly of flowers, cloves and vanilla. The palate is covered in soft hints of toffee, caramel and malt paired with fruity notes of plums and banana. A definite must-buy not only for fans!
The name of the beer is a tribute to one of Iron Maiden's greatest hits
Iron Maiden fans will of course have noticed that the name Hallowed Beer is clearly a reference to the band's epic song "Hallowed Be Thy Name" that was featured on the 1982 album "The Number of the Beast". The over seven minutes long song is one of the most legendary creations of the band that has also been covered several times by renowned bands. Iron Maiden Trooper Hallowed Beer is a worthy tribute to that in every way!
