Deconstructed Series

In this series the distillery presents three different varieties. The Bold, the Round and the lively Jameson Lively Deconstructed. The special thing about this part of the series is that it is increasingly based on unmalted grain. This makes the Grain Whiskey more effective and gives the noble drop a unique taste. The Whiskey is available in a 1-litre bottle.

Aroma

The aroma already shows that Jameson takes it literally with the Lively Deconstructed. It smells fresh and flowery, but at the same time brings out wonderful, sweet aromas. A bit of vanilla and lemon ensure real joie de vivre even during nosing.

Taste

The lively aromas of this Irish Whiskey are immediately palatable. In contrast to many other Blend Grain varieties, this cereal is a gentle restraint and leaves more room for the floral and fruity components to unfold. Citrus fruits, flowers, honey and vanilla unite to a cheerful, even exhilarated taste experience and do the name "Lively" credit. A hint of chilli adds a tingling taste and adds an exciting note to the whole, which rounds off this charming whiskey.

Finish

The spices, which in combination with the sweetness provide a pleasant finish, are particularly noticeable in the lingering notes.

About Jameson

Jameson-Whiskey is one of the best-selling Irish-Whiskeys. It is made from malted and unmalted barley. There are different varieties, those with a year indication as well as varieties without. These NAS varieties (No Age Statement) also include the Deconstructed Collection, which is sold without age indication. Storage also plays an important role in the company, which was founded in Dublin in 1780. The distillery uses Spanish, Portuguese and American oak barrels for this purpose. In order to obtain its characteristic, elegant colour, Jameson varieties are added a little sugar caramel.
