In Flames Gin Grapefruit Rhubarb is the drink that bassist Bryce Paul has to prove himself with this time. Previously singer Anders Fridén (Batch 1) and the two guitarists Björn Gelotte (Batch 2) and Niclas Engelin (Batch 3) had already played their roles. Bryce Paul himself hasn't been part of In Flames for long, but with the Grapefruit Rhubarb Gin he will be a permanent member of the group at last!

It couldn't be more fruity

In Flames Gin Grapefruit Rhubarb is based on a grain brandy in which several botanicals are macerated. There would be the usual gin suspects: Juniper, cinnamon, elderflower, cardamom, lemon peel and coriander. And then there are the eponymous ingredients grapefruit and rhubarb. Bryce Paul commented on the choice of ingredients for the fourth In Flames Gin: "To me, a grapefruit isn't simply just a mutant orange… it's a tastefully complex fruit with a beautiful dissonance that accentuates and compliments other flavours when properly combined together - and with this gin we have done just that."
