The Sexton Single Malt - accessible in taste and unforgettable in character
The Sexton Single Malt is an Irish Whiskey, which has nothing to do with the British self-drive carriage from the Second World War, coasters or gravediggers. The smooth whiskey from Ireland is a modern single malt that is distilled in the Nordic County Antrim. At the pot still stands one of the few women in the whiskey industry, master blender Alex Tomas. With the single malt she has made it her goal to bring an outstanding drop for beginners onto the market.
Production
After triple distillation in copper pot stills, 100% Irish malted barley-based The Sexton is allowed to mature for four years in toasted Oloroso sherry barrels. Bottled to 40%, it later unfolds unique notes. Want to buy The Sexton Single Malt? Then don't wait too long.
Taste
A special aroma composition awaits you, which convinces with depth and character and interlocks harmoniously. This is not only perfect for beginners, but also exciting for experienced palates. The fruity notes of the Oloroso barrels meet rich roasted aromas and result in a perfect oily balance. After aromas of dark chocolate, nuts, pimento, honey malt, spices and marzipan present themselves in the nose, honey, dried fruit and oak wood await you on the palate. The finish is smooth, mild and soft with sweet facets that fade slowly.
Design
The appearance of a spirit drink is of course secondary. With this Northern Irish single malt gem, however, the noble bottle can show off. The wide and black bottle captivates with its delicate relief look and attracts all eyes with its graceful gold label. A Chapeau claque wearing skeleton can be seen directly in the middle above the lettering "The Sexton".
